FREE DEMO - Offers you to enter up to 10 Members/Non-Members, up to 5 Budget items, up to 50 Expense entries and up to 12 Deposits. Create Database, Transfer Database and Compare Database are Disabled. This will allow your Start up Church to get going without having to pay for anything.

Level 1 - Allows you to enter up to 20 Members/Non-Members, up to 10 Budget items and up to 75 Expense entries and up to 26 Deposits. Create Database, Transfer Database and Compare Database are Disabled.

Level 2 - Allows you to enter up to 50 Members/Non-Members, up to 15 Budget items and up to 100 Expense entries and up to 52 Deposits.

Level 3 - Allows you to enter up to 75 Members/Non-Members, up to 20 Budget items and up to 125 Expense entries and up to 105 Deposits.

Level 4 - Allows you to enter up to 100 Members/Non-Members, up to 25 Budget items and up to 150 Expense entries and up to 160 Deposits.

Level 5 - Allows you to enter up to 250 Members/Non-Members, up to 35 Budget items and up to 250 Expense entries and up to 210 Deposits.

Level 6 - Allows you to enter up to 500 Members/Non-Members, up to 50 Budget items and up to 500 Expense entries and up to 260 Deposits.

Level 7 - Allows you to enter up to 1000 Members/Non-Members, up to 75 Budget items and up to 1000 Expense entries and up to 315 Deposits.

Unlimited - Allows you to enter Unlimited Members/Non-Members, Budget items, Expense entries and Deposits.






Easy to use Main Menu -
Everything you need is just a click away. Maintaining your Members and their Gifts/Offerings, Setting up your Budget and Recording your Expenses, Tracking Attendance and your Deposits. The ability to create a new Database for each year, along with Database setup and customization. There are numerous detailed Reports that can be viewed or printed, including end of year Tax Receipts, Mailing Lables, and others with Pie and Bar Graphs. You can even switch from one Database to another, just by a few clicks of the mouse.
Easy to View & Update -
Everything you want to know about your Members will be available on this screen. By selecting the other tabs, you can see their Address and Phone numbers or update their Gifts/Offerings. You can list your Members Children, Search through your Members or add a new Member to the list.
Click for a Report -
Select the Report you want and click OK. Each Report may offer different options that you can select to customize the Report you wish to view. From there, you can print the Report if you wish.

Reports also can be made using data from previous Databases. Select the Databases you want to Compare and click OK. You will be able to compare Attendance, Gifts/Offerings and Expenses.

NOTE: Report headings can be Customized with your Organization's Name and Address or you can choose to use your custom Logo.

Grow with your Membership -
This program will allow you to create new databases for every year, Transfer Records from one Database to another, and Make Backup files. There are also special Tools that are included to Repair and Compact your Database if needed.
